Training for Hosting Zoom Meetings

Anyone serving as host should sign out of the PCI Zoom account when a meeting is done by clicking the "PCI OA" profile image in the upper right corner of Zoom and selecting Sign Out. Staying signed in can cause problems for the person who hosts the next meeting.

Our training document has been updated with more detail and current screenshots for hosting on a computer.  The portion on hosting with your cell phone is still from a few years ago so it may not match exactly what you see on your phone screen. The password is not included for security purposes and the training is for those who have been provided the password.

VIDEO AVAILABLE: If you prefer video, we have a new training video on how to host using a computer (cell phone instructions not included). The first 17 minutes cover the entire hosting process using the Zoom application on your computer, and the last 7 minutes are only if you use Zoom in your web browser.  You can skip the last 7 minutes if you don't use a web browser.

Thank you to all our meeting hosts for their invaluable service!
